Our Clay meditation is designed to help you achieve a flow state, in which you will learn about yourself and others in the group. This highly tactile medium is a wonderful way to connect our creative mind and bodily sensations. You will be given two balls of paper clay to form into expressive personal sculptures, which you may keep, and even continue working on at home. These workshops can bring up various discussions and emotions, and we can help you navigate those if they arise.
Suitable for adults or youth over 16.
Our workshops are designed by an arts therapist and community arts worker, to help participants achieve a creative flow state, as a tool for improving mental health and creating better connections within communities.
There is no experience or skills required in our processed based creative workshops. We guide participants to create something meaningful in an environment free from judgement and pressure.
