Parents Information Session

Wednesday, 26th February 2025 @ 5:30pmFreedom and WAAC are excited to be partnering with the Youth Pride Network (YPN) to host a FREE information night for parents, carers, family and loved ones of LGBTIQA+ young people during the Albany Pride Festival.
This workshop will focus on supporting the mental health and wellbeing of LGBTIQA+ young people, and will include:
- Evidence based information about language and experiences
- Discussions to build confidence to have respectful conversations about gender and sexuality
- Resources and service information to continue building on your allyship
Location will be confirmed upon registration. Numbers are limited so registrations are essential.
